The raw diet is an incredibly clean way to eat! It is filled with fruit, vegetables, sprouted grains, sprouted legumes, raw nuts, and seeds. Eating raw is pretty straightforward. You only consume foods that haven't been cooked beyond 118 degrees F, meaning all of the foods you eat will be either cold or lukewarm and served in their natural state. Bon Appetit!
